Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Fake hotel booking voucher

The worst portal i had ever been to which provides a fake confirm voucher.
I booked a hotel at coorg on goibibo for[protected] and goibibo provided me a confirmed voucher but after reaching the hotel, i came to know that the booking is not done.
On informing about the same to the goibibo, the goibibo executive mr. Manish asked to wait till 10:00 am as they will come with some better options.
At 11:30 am we were provided with some degraded options by the goibibo executives mr. Satish, ms./mrs. Ankita & mr. Manish in which we denied to stay.
At 1:00 pm after checking the availability at the portal, we gave some options but they refused to give the stay in the same.
It was my birthday & goibibo has spoilt my birthday.
Even after all this i received a message of "hi jyoti, are you having a good time at golf view cottage?".
I would like to escalate the matter for the same.
