[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Fraud and cheating

I booked a hotel and cancelled after 2 days. On Booking confirmation email it was clearly written that it is free cancellation.
But when I cancelled the Booking they didn't refund me full amount.
When i am complaining this issue they making me to convince like this is their policy but it was nowhere written and informed before.
