Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Fraud during refund - ignoring customer follow up | |||||
This is to inform the GoIbibo management team that I have Lodged an FIR against GoIbibo management team on account for cheating the customers by non deposit of refund amount for more than 15 days, ignoring customer emails, asking customer to send credit card statement and not responding thereafter and most importantly, complete carelessness regarding repeated customer calls and emails. Just wanted to know if your refund was completed or not? Since i'm facing similar kind of issue from GoIbibo, I wanted to get better idea if writing to this complaint forum helped you get refund or you had to go through any other process or alternatives.
