[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Hotel booking messed up/not confirm | |||||
Hi, I have booked hotel room with goibibo web site and found that it is auto booked and there is no confirmation from the hotel. Due to this mess up i have to suffer on my travel day. I have found that hotel room is not confirmed from hotel but it is confirmed from goibibo. I have tried contacting the goibibo customer care and they keep saying that we are trying to book. Due to this i have suffered a lot and in terms of money i have to pay double the amount which i need to spend. Due to there poor service and no confirmation we have suffered a lot. I want this complaint to be registered against the site and there support to reprimand them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
