Sir, i booked 1 ticket on 13 nov 2016. From "Muktainagar" to "Pune" of bus "Jai mata di Travels" via goibibo.com. Amount of Ticket is as given below. When i moved towards my seat, I found that allocated seat was very dirty, spitted n gutakha pouchs were spread over there. I asked to cleaner n driver but they said that your ticket is online hence you should contact to booking company. I want my 624 Rs back.
