Ibibo Group / Goibibo — I have not received cash back even after 90 days of my hotel booking | |||||
My booking id is HTLRY9GJZX. I booked a hotel in Guruvayoor on June 23rd 2016 using my SBI debit card as there was an offer which promised a cash back of 30% of the remaining amount paid by me after all the discounts provided by GoIbibo(like gocash) into my sbi debit card account.But I haven't received the cash back even after 90 days of booking. When I called up their stupid customer service they are telling me that the offer is by SBI and not by them. When I called SBI they are not even aware of such offers doing the rounds in such website.I used to book using GoIbibo and now they have completely lost my trust.
