Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Non refund of flight cancellation amount | |||||
I had booked flight from Jaipur to bangalore. The flight was cancelled by the airlines air costa and I was told I will get a full refund. I have called the call centre 4 times regarding this. They give me different answers every time. Sometimes it's 24-48hrs, 5-7 days and now 44-90 days. Then they say airline has refunded the money but our backend team is working on it. They won't even give me in written the amount to be refunded and last date till in should wait for the refund. Really bad customer service from goibibo.
