Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Not giving eligible cashback since last 4 months | |||||
I made a booking on Ibibo on 10 july. For this booking I was to get Rs. 250 as cashback. I called atleast 20 times for same issue but not getting ant response. Atleast 5 of their agent promised me to call back me in 1 hr with detail of the issue but they never called me back. In the name of cashback they are doing fraud, just to divert customer to their website. When it comes to pay back the cash they become mute with no answer. I know 250 is not a big amount but they are making mockery of this system where they feel they'll cheat and nobody will question them. Go ibibo is a FRAUD company !!!
