Hi guys

Please do not book anything with this site. They are running a full fledge scan as they show a lower price stating inclusive all taxes and then when you want to confirm the booking the price just shoots up to over 2000 inr and when we spoke to their csm team they want us to send a email with screen shorts which we did and no response as promised by their floor manager. Contact them after 4 hours and one csm called pankaj gaur is stating the same that we need to send the screen shot again. I am booking a 5 star hotel from last 5 hours and i have flight to catch in the morning. These people are useless. And with such a reputations, this is so bad customer services.
