Hi, This is to inform you that I have called the customer care executive of Go ibibo from Bangalore and cancelled the flight one and half before the flight taking off and We visited the airport and it took quite sometime in searching for Royal Nepal airlines counter at the airport as they don't have separate one and there were no one in the counter though we were there 55 minutes before the flight took off. Our flight booking PNR-JT6FH on[protected] . Passenger names are: 1. Mrs Anitha Niranjan, 2.Miss Natasha Niranjan 3.Nikita Niranjan 4. Mr Niranjan Rudrappa and also 5. Roopalatha Niranjan (Booking Id:AMD3BZRFZ) I had requested for refund on[protected]. I had confirmed to the customer care executive about the cancellation and opting for refund. And I have sent a mail regarding this. But I have not got the refund yet. Though the customer care executive confirmed that I would get the refund but I have not received any mail regarding this.
