Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund of cancelled ticket not credited after 5 months | |||||
Booked ticket on 25 sep 15, 01:58 pm for mumbai to ahmedabad (Pnr - eejzgr) on tue dec 22 2015. I cancelled the ticket on dec 20 2015. As of today i have not received any refund for my cancellation which was promised to me. I have contacted goibibo customer care many times but no progress. I complaint to goibibo customer care and they generated a token number saying that the amount will be refunded soon.
