Ibibo Group / Goibibo — The rooms not booked even after confirmation and payment. | |||||
I booked a room in Coorg for 2 night stay from 3rd to 5th sep 2016 through Goibibo. The website has confirmed the booking and received payment. A day before the journry, the customer care of Goibibo has contacted and asked to confirm another hotel as the former one has some issues. Even after confirming the same, they haven't made the booking. As we reached the hotel, we found out the same. Goibibo asked us to wait 10 mins and that went about 30-45 mins. Finally, we took a room in the hotel they suggested. We had to shift rooms 3 times and still had problems. Room 1: Bedbugs Room 2: No light in the bathroom, wash basin leakage, buckets broken and TV not working. Room 3: Commode flush leakage and TV not working. We made our bookings from our side as suggested by Goibibo and had to face these many problems. Name of the hotel: Safalya Residency, Kushalnagar, Coorg. Was this information helpful? | |||||
