[Resolved]  Ibm Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd. — Information for withdrawal of PF

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Uttam Kumar Maity and PF Account no -GR/VSP/0055068/000/0000832. I was working at IBM DAKSH Vishapatnam and my ID No. 105275. I was asked to send my withdrawal form and all the documents at Gurgaon office for withdrawal of PF. And I have send the withdrawal form and other document at Gurgaon office on 23th April 2013. I was told that the entire process would take 45 days and the amount would be credited to my account. But still now I have not got reply.
