Reg: Interruption of Interview Process due to Mismatch of Bio-metrics

I am a candidate of IBPS PO/MT V having Registration No.[protected] and Roll No. [protected]. I appeared for PO Pre Examination on 3rd Oct 2015 at Graphic Era University, Dehradun and for PO Mains Examination on 31 October, 2015 at Graphic Era University, Dehradun and was shortlisted for the Interview.

On 19 January, 2016, I visited Dehardun centre for Interview at the scheduled time at 1:00 PM. My documents were checked/ verified by concerned staff and thereafter my Bio metric test was conducted. However, I was told that my thumb impression do not match. I requested the staff conducting Bio-metric Test to check the thumb impression again. They called me after sometime and conducted the test again but result came the same that thumb print mismatched. On requesting the bank staff, they offered me to appear for Bio-metric test multiple times it did not match.
They were suspecting me as if I am not the same candidate who appeared for the PO Pre and Mains exam.
At last they allowed me to appear for the interview I was the last candidate who appeared for interview. I was very nervous and frustrated that time and could not give my 100% in interview.

Sir, It is not my fault for mismatch of thumb impression due to some technical fault of the instruments or other reasons like negligence of staff as they might have saved my Bio-metric details wrongly against other candidates or due to some other reasons. I again declare that I am the genuine and the same candidate who appeared for the Preliminary Exam and Mains Exam as well as appeared in the Interview process. The authorities may get it checked from any source or test. They can check the CCTV footage of the college where I appeared for the Mains Exam and also match my interview letter thumb impression with the one I put on the Pre and Mains Call Letter in front of the college authorities. There could be technical fault also, the authorities should check this out and solve the matter with concerned authority.

Sir I am not sure about my candidature as there was Bio-metric mismatch I hope you will intervene in the matter and take immediate steps so that I may get justice and considered my candidature on merits.
So I request you to look into the matter urgently and do justice to me. It is the question of my career.Any criminal proceedings can be initiated against me if I found guilty.
