Respected Sir, My name is Shailja Vyas .My Roll no. is [protected] registration no is [protected] Date of exam 03/10/15.I was suffering from severe fever on the date of exam.Hence i could not appear the exam on given date i.e. 03/10/15 .I can produce documents related to my sickness on being asked for the same.Therefore, it is most earnestly requested to change the date of exam and communicated to me today itself.kindly consider my genuine problem on priority.
