IBPS — Date of IBPS PO exam clashing with my job interview date.

Respected Sir, I have applied for IBPS PO/MT-V and got the examination date as 04/10/2015. Problem is I got the final round interview of a MNC on the same date.So for me it is impossible to attend both exam and interview.I am sure you will understand my concern & provide me a suitable solution.
