[Resolved]  IBPS — Helpline executive not listing to the problem

Hi, This is such a severe issue. I Called to the help line no:[protected] provided by IBPS Official site(Date: 6th Sept, TIME: 3:30, Place: Delhi) .A lady was receiving the phone but she was so sleepy that she was not able to reply. I called for 4-5 times, at the first 3 times she was receiving the phone and talking very disrespectfully and disconnecting the call after each 30 seconds, she was not listening to the problem at all.. and at end she said.." Please go to the advertisement, You will get to know" & after again calling she was just receiving the call & disconnecting. It was so annoying. I could not say anything. Could anyone tell me what kind of helpline service is this??? It was so pathetic. If i can get every information & every solution from the Advertisement only, then why the hell is she sitting there.??? why is this so called helpline no is there... when there is no one to help... She should not be at this job, if she can not listen to the problems. Its a serious problem... Please take it seriously.
