[Resolved] ICICI Bank — About wrong payment increament | |||||
It is a matter of the late payment according to the ICICI credit card, I made the payment before time and when i spoke to the CC dept they said we got the payment late and then after i requested to speak with the manager and they told me that manager will give you call back with in 24 to 48 hours and till date never got the call back and after some days back somebody called me from ICIC stating about the reward points, i thought they closed my account, but i come to know (to be honest i am in shock ) they are now saying i own 4000+ some amount which i am totally not liable to pay. False promises on the call by advisors, manager never calls back, even all these i took a follow up on this, i did their job keeping a follow up and one of the advisor on the call said that we will wiave off the panelties amount, i spoke to the manager about it and my manager will also call back once it is clear so that i can use my card regularly then after... But as usual false promise no one called. I also left my another number to the advisors to call back, as second time i had a word with them and thwy said we called you thats what i can see on system; that is another lie from the advisors. I hold another kotak credit card as well you can check my record with them... I started my card with them withthe limit of 18k and now in current position they have increases it to 43k becuse if my relation with them and i must admit these people are far better then ICICI bank. I never missed my CC payments neither with kotak or ICICI, i am that much pricisly taking care if my payments. I feel like cheated, i would request you to please look into this and get this matter sorted Was this information helpful? | |||||
