ICICI Bank — Aunauthorised trasaction for coral debit card joining fees.

Hi,

On 23rd may 2016, amount of 571 from my account as joining fees on coral card. Please note that i never applied for coral debit card of none of the icici customer care executive provided me the detailed information about the debit card and its joining fees. I never even received any mail or message regarding this.

And without my consent they deducted amount from my account. I do not understand how the bank is authorized to deduct the amount without the account holder consent.

Please be noted that i have already complaint about the 2 unauthorized transactions happened from my account on 21st may.
This is really frustrating shameless incident that instead of resolving my previous issues, bank is only concerned about exploiting the account holder. I have left with no balance in my account due to the previous unauthorized transactions and on top of that bank is deducting amount for debits cards as a joining fees without my knowledge.
