Transaction of INR 1899 has been done for oneast service, but i don't need that service....

I cleared my credit card bill in June 2020 and deactivated too
I asked ICICI bank officer/manager to deduct my full amount from my account and deactivate my credit card
They asked me to mail them I did that too for deactivating my account
They deducted full amount and deactivated my credit card too and I was shocked that I got bill in next month too I mailed them no response from them they were continuously send me...

Dear sir,
I lost my NOC of two wheeler (Bajaj CT 100) which i received in 2008. so I need duplicate NOC for removal of hypothetication.please solve my problem sir.

I am having a Personal Loan of Icici which was about to end in Aug 2020 but bank has applied moratorium without my consent from March to May. I tried to made a payment in April and bank refunded it to me stating as excess funds. Now bank is putting interset charges on my emi's and not giving any resolution for my Moratorium charges....

I have icici credit card from 10 years .
in the month of Sep., 20 i have not received any statement of outstanding amount from icici credit card & i deposited lumsum amount more than outstanding Rs. 1150/-

But icici credit card company charging extra Rs. 1200 & making pressure & threatening to deposit this amount.

i request many time to waiver this amount but they are not doing this.

I had done shopping of clothes from Amazon during Diwali but unfortunately I had to return that due to its quality. On 18 November 2020 my credit card bill was generated for Rs. 9541.37 with due date 6 December 2020. But all Amazon's Refund was credited by 26 November 2020.

I was charged late payment fee of Rs. 590 on 9 December 2020. When I called customer care to enquire about this they informed me that Refund is not considered...

For the last couple of days I have travelled but did not receive any message about toll deductions from Fastag service provider. My service provider is icici. Is there any way I can switch to some other service provider ?...

I just received a call from an ICICI agent trying to sell some product of ICICI.

The lady agent was absolutely rude and i dont think had manners to talk to a customer

She gave me a call at 7:13 PM to sell a product all I asked her was, Is this a time to call a customer, She in return was asking what is the time you tell me.

Seriously is this how someone is trained to talk and...

INCIDENT DETAILS
This has reference to my ATM transaction of ICICI debit card in HDFC Kasba ( Kolkata) branch ATM on
17th September'20 at around 11.15am.
Request you to please refer the screen shot and you may observe there are 4 transaction on same day for withdrawl of Rs. 10000/- only out of which except the top one, all other transactions happened in HDFC Kasba Branch ATM.Top transaction happened in IDFC bank ATM...

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says vsi/Amazon stan. I have noticed this when I was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 14th Dec 2020. Could you please assist me regarding the refund for the deducted amount.

I have been charged for expression debit card which i dint request. They have charged me rs. 588.18 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.588.18 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..

I did not have any knowledge about Demat account. i have never used it . but on 8th dec 2020 the bank deducts Rs.646 for DP CHGS TILL SEP 20 . I never used any demat account and i have no knowledge about this . But bank deducts my balance without any notification. I also submit a complaint to Icici bank but...

I have my salary account in ICICI bank which was opened in April 2020. Because of nation-wide lockdown, it was opened online. Hence, KYC was not done. Recently, my account got freezed because of KYC issue and hence, I visited Lucknow main branch in Hazaratgnj for KYC and biometric .

The official there told me that after KYC updation, my existing debit card won't work and I need to order a new one that will cost me 499+GST,...

DMAT account was automatically opened with my Salary account and icici representative told me that its free with the salary account and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici....
