Money deducted for MABchgs

I have been charged with rupees 708 this month ..And earlier with 600 and on for every month.Money is being deducted without any message from bank.. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.....

Rubyx authorized credit card charges

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of ICICI bank and based on that from ICICI customer care department I got a call that I am going to get lifetime free ICICI Rubyx credit card with no joint or annual charges. I received ICICI Rubyx card recently and in the first month statement Rs. 3000/- joining fee plus 450 GST that I was shocked to see. There are annual charges of Rs. 2000/- also along with this. I was making the payment of DU admission 2020 from my PNB debit card through eazypay.icici on 15/10/2020.The payment was failed but the amount(24, 100) was deducted from my PNB bank account.I paid again using a sbi debit card and the payment was successful. It's been more than 20 working days.Now plz refund the amount deducted as soon as possible. I'm attaching screenshots for your reference.

Illegal deduction

As an EX-IAFian, I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs. 199/- has been deducted from my ICICI BANK SB Account and the transaction message says 'VSI/AMAZON STAN/20201112.

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any OTP during the transaction.

Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.

I have checked this when i was going through my account statement,...

Money debited from my account without informing me

As mensioned above, from my account rs 29.50+28.50+29.50+28.34+590=705 are deducted.
And i don't know why my money is debited from my account without informing....

BOTH THE SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND THE CURRENT ACCOUNT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS
EARLIER IT WAS ALRIGHT. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK OR 2 AND ICICI ONLINE TRASACTIONS ARE SO DIFFICULT AND TOUGH....

ECS charge

I have been charged with (105.59 and 484.41)total of 590/-, for a ECS return for 293/- due to insufficient fund. And infact Airtel is saying they have already received the amount. Can you please confirm why am in charged with 590 for 293....

I tried to recharge 500 rupees for my Fastag through icici mobile app. It gave some error, saying recharge could not be done. But money got deducted and fastag balance is still not updated. I bought my Fastag from ICICI app only, they have all the details but still this happened. And i am yet to receive the refund....

Uninformed monthly deduction

Unauthorized deduction of Rs.999/- in favour of VSI*AMAZON ST

Address:ICICI Bank, Ramanathapuram Branch, Trichy Road, Coimbatore.

A deduction of Rs.999/- was made from my ICICI Bank account on 09/11/20. I did not do this transaction and I wonder hoe the bank made the payment without my authorization and knowledge. The bank owes me an explanation in this regard. The amount stolen from my account should be paid back into my account with an explanation of how this happened with an assurance that such organized frauds will never be committed again.

ICICI is deducting Fuel Surcharge even on debit card.
Govt is promoting cashless transaction.
On the other hand they are charging on debit card transaction.

Unknown charges (ECSRTNCHRG)

Am an icici bank customer. On November 9th 2020 ecsrtnchg charged 568.05 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchrg... The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.
