Dear team,
I have not used demat account. Why hlyou deduct my 550 rs fr my account. I want my money back You hav not notified me.
When you open you say it is free....

I have ICICI Money Multiplier Bond whose Data of allotment is 05/10/1998.

Unfortunately, I have lost my original bond papers and would like to know the process of receiving maturity amount on maturity date 05/12/2022 in case original bond papers are lost( ICICI safety bonds(Money Multiplier Bonds)).

I have received mail id "[protected]@icicibank.com" from ICICI Bank for assistance of this issue. I am writing mail...

An amount of Rs. 68.55 and Rs. 521.45 has been deducted from my account without informing me the header under which it is being deducted

Kindly look into this matter and start the process of refund at the earliest...

Recently Three times amount was debited from my ICICI Account to MSI*ICL AMAZO. I do not have any subscriptions as such. My complaints were not taken seriously either by Amazon Customer Care or by the ICICI. Request to refund my money and not to repeat such unauthorised transactions....

I logged in to www.allen.ac.in for fees submission. Then I proceeded with transaction of ₹500/- via ICICI payment gateway through my UPI ID [protected]@paytm. Merchant UPI ID is [protected]@icici.
The UPI reference number for the transaction is[protected].
The transaction was successful from my side & amount was deducted from my bank account, but the receiver end didn't generate any acknowledgement...

An amount of Rs.590 is charged with name "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK".

Can I know the reason for charging it from my account

Kindly refund the money

I would like to inform that being an esteemed customer of ICICI Bank limited, I have recently seen a massive deduction in my account balance of INR 3100 in total. These deductions comprises of 10 POSDEC charges worth INR 29.5, and around 6 deductions pertaining to ECSRTNCHG (ECS) charges worth INR 472 and 413.

All of these charges were deducted yesterday i.e. 26 October 2020.

I misplace my purse and blocked both my credit & Debit cards temporarily. Through the customer care number i unblocked both the cards after i got my purse. My debit card was unblocked. For the past 2 weeks I am unable to use my credit card stating its not valid card.
We to the branch explained the problem and they said the card is in active state and are clueless about the issue.
Called up the customer care and explained...

AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my icici account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

when i am trying to reach out to them through the number mentioned on the transaction statement, it was not connecting to support team.

as a bank. its their duty to mention at least the details on their website or any chat support.

In February I bought a product from Amazon and the mode of payment was 18month EMI from ICICI Credit Card. Due to some technical issue the product was not delivered. Recently I checked that the bank is deducting the same EMI from last 9 month and then its has been confirmed by Amazon authority that the amount has already been refunded to bank. I've complained about this issue to the bank but even after ten days there has been no solution....

Subsequent debit has been made from my bank account without my consent or any OTP.. (1000*4 times)
The bank statement says a puchase has been made via vin/Google.
But I haven't subscribed any services...

I have an salary account in ICICI Bank. When I left the job, no salary was cradited to my account. After three month my salary account was made General Savings Account by the bank and an amount of 654.00 are being chareged monthly by the bank from my account. Please solve the issue....

I am being charged continuesly in the name of ecsrt. I dono what these charges are I do not have any part in mutual funds also but still they are taking charge of 500+rupees weakly and they are not notifing me or not sending any debit message this is aclear case of fraudulent by icici bank as they are charging continuesly I need my whole money you took to be refunded as soon as possible as I don't even know for why they...

Hello, I have recently opened an account with ICICI Bank and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Yesterday 452.02 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I work in an organisation and dependent on monthly salary. Expenses are calculative every single rupee maintain in the account is for a reason. I dont remember having recievd the redemption proceeds. original Bonds are with me. please help me get the money back or paymenyt details, if already paid.
