I have received SMS on 1.10.2016 that my Loan Welcome Kit has been despatched through local post and will be received within 12 working days. I have not received the same yet. Please do the needful. Updated by K@J$K# The bank officials called me and ask for my debit card details like user ID, corporate id, 3D secure password, card number, validity dates, cvv etc. I denied to provide this details and requested them to post my Loan Welcome Kit as soon as possible. But no response i am receiving till now.
