ICICI Bank — Cash not received but debited from account

Dear Team, I withdrew Rs.1000 from my ICICI account from ANDHRA BANK ATM today. But during first trial, I did not receive any cash. It was shown as error. Then I tried again and that time I received Rs.1000. But when I checked my balance, Rs.1000 has been deucted two times from my account even though I did not receive cash during first trial. Pls help! My account number[protected].
