[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Charged 3500 rupees debited from my icici credit card

Updated by Subrahmanyam Pemmasani I had ICICI credit card using from a month.ICICI Bank debited 3500 rupees from my creditcard as joining fee without giving any information.At the time of applying i was applied for joining free card.From the time of applying they have taken more than 2 months for processing.even i did not get the confirmation call.One fine day i received the credit card through the blue dart courier.untill that even i don't know the type of card i am going to get and the credit limit.When i called to the customer care Regarding the debited amount they have not given any clear information.Those people are saying that even though it is their problem i have to pay the money.The worst bank and worst service.
