ICICI Bank — Charging without providing service | |||
I have ICICI DMRC credit card and after paying the exorbitant fees of inr435.00 for issuing card, the replenishment of the credit for dmrc fare is not being done despite my speaking with phone banking executives of icici bank . I have not even received the paper bill, despite my several reminders . On my checking from the phone-banking service an amount of inr200.00 is being shown as outstanding credit towards my card, where as upon checking from dmrc my balance is being shown as inr.32.
