[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Cheated me by the name of upgrading my debit card

Dear Sir, I lost my debit card and i submit the request for new debit card.after two one months.During the time period i called so many times to Icici bank customer care. After all they offer me to upgrade my debit card .I agree to do say because they explain me some offer. They offered me that i shop from any mobile store then i will get discount of 1000 rupees but when i go for shop they asked cupen that I received from bank. But bank didnt given me any coupen.Now i feeling cheated by icici bank.Please tell me now who will give the mobile phone bill, mobile store visit bill.. And last but not least mental tension. Overall bad services by ICICI bank.I always trusted on the bank but now a days their quality is going bad day by day. Name -Naveen Yadav. Contact No. [protected]
