ICICI Bank — Clearance Certificate STILL awaited

Hello Helpdesk, I am an ex-employee (employee ID 214042) with ICICI Bank. I had done IRDA Certification for specified person of the branch (Burra Bazaar branch Kolkata) in 2011 and in Dec 2012. I have resigned from the services, but no clearance certificate for the same has been received by me. Request you to help me with soft-copy/or post for the same at the earliest.
