Dear Sir, I have been issued above credit card in year 2013. I have used it & done payment regularly. But now, as Iam suffering with severe health problem I do not want to have this more and want to close immediately for safety reason. I earlier tried to close it through customer care on telephone, didn't succeed as my mobile no. Changed . (i.e. [protected]) and card pin no. is not know to me.
