[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Collection Calls | |||
I am not an ICICI customer, however I'm being contacted repeatedly for a debt for my wife's sister. I am not in anyway connected to this loan, nor were my details provided as a reference. The calls are being made to my office board line, as many as 10 calls a day. The caller is extremely rude to the receptionist. As a result I have been issued a warning letter from the management. I need to know what legal action can I take against the bank. Its a mental torture, a total embarassment for me even though I'm nowhere liable for it. Was this information helpful? | |||
