[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Complaint against Dispute : SR[protected] | |||
Dear Team, I have raised complaint against dispute against credit card transaction on dated 10 Aug 2014 o[censored]SD 434.99. Same day I call to customer care and block the card, customer care tell me to submit credit card Xerox, company letter copy with duly signed form at Ghansoli branch within two days which I submitted as required. (documents submitted request number : SR[protected] Now 29.09 I have receive the letter mentioning my request rejected because of documents not provided they required passport copy. I call to customer care and tell them I don't have passport (till I not apply for passport). they say its cumpulsory otherwise you wants to pay total due amount.
