[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card cancellation | |||||
Dear Sir, Last year due to fraud calling I lost few thousands. For which I did not blamed ICICI and I stopped using card. Card renewal was there in Jan. Without checking with me they send the card which did not get delivered to me since I had moved to location. Despite I did not collected the card, I started receiving monthly statement and charging the penalties. I tried to log the complaint from ICICI bank website. But it was asking credit card no which I do not have. I do not know my new credit card no. Was this information helpful? | |||||
