[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card charges added as selected Auto debit of total due amount

I am using ICICI credit card and having the savings account also. for paying credit card bill i have selected total due and after that amount rs 21 and it is full amount due for that month. So i assumed that the bank paying my full due amounts, but it is not it is paying only minimum due and charges mounted on card account with any intimation that you are paying minimum and all charges are added to card account. and when i checked it last moth as i purchased big amount i thought it got paid. than i again got message need to pay the charges added amount. then i downloaded the statements and find they added all the financial charges, with any intimation and also no alert that you are being added charges to my credit card account. So i have complained this to ICICI and requested for financial charges reversal, At first they told it is not at all possible then they deducted total due with some minimum amount reversal after few escalations for this month as i am not accepted the minimal reversal proposed by them . i again i requested for full as it was not my fault Someone please support me on this regard.
