ICICI Bank — Credit Card Recovery Agent Harassment | |||
Hello, I was having ICICI bank credit card in year 2005, due to my accident and medical issue, i moved to other country. recently i received call from recovery agent and he asked to settle pending amount. since i am in Afghanistan, i request him to wait till may 7th as i would be back to Dubai and settle the payment through online process. He is now harassing like anything, and calling multiple times. At any cost i won't able to pay right now since from Afghanistan online payment are restricted. I have no due pending against ICICI Bank CC, however i am getting calls and call center guys are harassing lot.
I have paid the amount as per Credit Card statement.
