[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — credit card showing wrong statement every time

dear sir/madam, I unfortunately hold icici credit card, and am very unhappy to have it, i have not been using it for long time, every time i recieve some outstanding, last i cleared all outstanding on 11th july now again i see it show 2500 approx outstanding. is it bank cheating? please tell how to bring to consuimer court, i am staying in thailand and i dnt use your card why late fee service fee every time. how to cancel this card my name is niraj pathak my icici credit card no. is [protected]
