I had a query regarding my iwish account. My registered mobile no. is [protected].
Interest on the deposit was not accumulated in my account at the end of June quarter. I have been calling the customer care since 02/07/15. Every time the mobile banking executive puts me on hold, then says I will consult with my department, be online. Then after waiting for 10 mins, phone gets cut. This has happened 6 times. What kind of fraud customer care centre is this.
Once an officer named Priya simply hung up on me after hearing my complaint, not a single word from her side.
As iwish account is opened online, bank said the complaint can be resolved online only.
