[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Customer Service not responding properly to Service requests | |||
Hi, I raised a service request SR[protected] with ICICI Bank to transfer my pay back points in my credit card to my bank account. It was raised on May 25, 2014 and was informed by customer care person that it would reflect in the next statement. My statement was generated on June 18, 2014 and still the points didn't get transferred. Again called the customer service, who responded that it will take 10 business days after statement generation. Even after 10 business days, the points transfer didn't happen. Called them back the 3rd time asking for answers. They started transferring the call from bank account dept to credit card dept, credit card dept to pay back points dept and finally one person said that he will check and respond back in 3 business days. It has been close to 15 business days after that and no bloody ICICI person has contacted me for this. Everytime I call them, I wont get a proper answer and they waste my time. I seriously doubt the service provided by ICICI bank and the capacity of the customer service persons. They are not even able to provide an answer. Too bad from one of the top banks in India.
