ICICI Bank — Debit 10000 rs from My Saving account

Hi Sir, I've a debit card of ICICI Bank and i tried to withdrawal amount from PNB Bank ATM Machine at 7th December 2014 but when i enter the password and choose the withdrawal option PNB ATM Machine hang. then I tried a couple of time to cancle the transaction but nothing performing by ATM Machine due to hang then after 10 minutes i left the ATM Machine and after 10 minutes i received a message that 10000 rs debited from your account while i didn't received money. then i log the ticket in ICICI bank for the same complaint Ticket number is SR34586870 give the 7 days process time. And on saturday i received the message from ICICI Bank that your complaint has been declined because it was successful transaction. Then i log a ticket again in ICICI Bank for the same and they issue another ticket SR[protected] and now told me that it'll take 30 working days. It's my humble request to you that please help me to get back my money by bank. Thanks Bhoopendra singh
