[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Deducting money on Unsuccessful l transaction. | |||||
ICICI Bank Deduct 1000 Rs of my unsucessfull transation for recharging Delhi Metro card. I complain so many time and customer care officer takes more than 40 min all time but did not resolve my query. Told me to contact vodafone and DMRC for help but this is ICICI duty but they did not call. Customer care officer is too rude all the time i got diffrent information by diffrent officers.
