[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Deduction of smab charges oct 15+stax sbc charges from saving account

Hi, I am having bank account in ICICI Peenya branch my account no. is[protected] My contact number is :+[protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by SMAB charges OCT15 +stax & SBC 65.25 = Deducted amount-515.25 i don't have any mail informing about this SMAB+SBC charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about changes of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account. So kindly take my request as soon as early and refund my money other wise i'll go to rule.and regularities for further action.
