[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Deduction on SMAB Charges without notification

Hi, I'm Nirupa, holding an ICICI Savings A/c[protected], Koramagala Branch. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying their policy changes, if any. ICICI bank is simply debiting amount from my account. I get monthly statements and other promotional emails, but I have never got any information about the policy changes. ICICI bank is strictly not following the guidelines mentioned by RBI. RBI stated that banks will have to notify consumers clearly through SMS, email or letter about the fall in MAB. So far no means was used to communicate the same. Please find the below details for all the transactions made by bank. I tried to get reach customer care number[protected] but failed. Hi,

I did not receive any call so far from any of the ICICI bank officials. Despite of bringing the issue to notice, ICICI bank is still deducting the SMAB charges. I would request them to refund the amount deducted so far within 10 days from now. I want to end my relationship with ICICI bank.
