ICICI Bank — Defective Watch Provogue ICICI bank offer

Hi Team, I had ordered 6 Provogue watches with ICICI scheme but one of them was defective. I tried contacting Provogue Customer care over the phone(+[protected] and email([protected]@rock.in, [protected]@provogue.com) but received no response from them. The phone number in fact is out of service. My order number is: #[protected]. Request you to take urgent and immediate action for either a refund or replacement of the defective watch.
