ICICI Bank — Delay in the Home-Loan Process | |||
I have applied to ICICI Bank for home loan for a flat booked at RUNWAL-MY City(A-2401) Ref No.[protected]. Right from the beginning the agent assigned to us was unresponsive and sloppy. We got a new agent later(Vinayak) who has been really helpful. There were issues with the Third Party Agreement letter for which he guided us but the other officials namely- Satish Kotian and Paresh have been a pain to deal with. For last 2-2.5 months we have been following up but every time we get a rather sloppy response even after escalating the matter to Anand Dharmadhikari. Something or the other is always pending from their side and they have been highly unprofessional and non-cooperative. As a result, the loan payment is getting delayed. Because of their mistake we are afraid we will be penalised. Was this information helpful? | |||
