[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Discrepency in Processing Personal Loan | |||||
I have applied for personal loan in ICICI Bank. I was told by executive that the processing fee would be zero, No Pre-closing charges and the Rate of Interest as 12.9% which were just false statements. I was told that I will get a confirmation email to my official email ID and a confirmation call. I didn't get anything and the loan got processed. My Loan Number is LPHYD[protected]. I have called customer care team and raised the complaint #[protected] initially and the case was taken up by sales manager Sudanshu Parida ([protected]). After raising one more critical request[protected], Sudanshu called me and was very polite and sorry for whatever happened and informed that Rate of Interest and Pre-closing charges can't be changed. Initially, I was not convinced but later I have asked them to give back at least the processing fees. He spoke to executive and took me in conference. I was told by both Executive (Sai) and Sales Manager (Sudanshu) that they will give me back the processing fee (6000). I didn't get the amount till now and they have blocked my number. its been more than a month now. 6000 might not a big deal but for me, I am very much irritated with the response of the executive and Sales Manager. Initially, wrong commitments were given by executive and now the sales Manager as well. These guys are not only doing fraud with people like me but also spoiling the reputation of ICICI Bank.
