ICICI Bank — DP CHRGS deduction without any intimation

Hello Team, I have been using ICICI since the last year. I was been told that there is no charges applied for any kind of Transaction ( for D-mat account). But, in the last month, 356/- deducted from my Account and this Transaction is said as " DP CHRGS TILL JUL-2014". My account no[protected] and contact no: [protected]. Could you look into this issue and resolve this. Many thanks in advance.
