ICICI Bank — Education loan

Hello sir, I had taken education loan from bank of rajasthan in 2010 and in 2011 rajasthan bank merge into ICICI bank. Now my education is done and EMI should be start from may, but i'm not getting updated emi schedule for my loan from bank, i discuss with bank employee many time but since last 3 months they are saying we are processing your case. But i'm not getting any update from their side. Due to this interest on my loan account is continuously increasing. And if i have to pay last 3 month EMI in one time it is not possible for me.
