[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — False information given for Bond Transfer

My Brother was holding following Bonds Bondholder Number - 3633599 and 3633560 Name of the Investor - SARASWATI MISHRA and RAKESH MISHRA He was asked by LOTUS GLITZ GLOBAL to take part in Exit scheme by giving false inforation. We felt the communication was sent via the bank, since we had never contacted LOTUS GLITZ GLOBAL So first the biggest concern I have, Why our information by compromised and given to a Third Party. By the time I realized that it could lead to fraudlent activity I got the Bond Transfer cancelled. But My Brother was duped and he sent the original bond papers to LOTUS GLITZ GLOBAL. Now when I am asking them to return our original Bonds they are asking for Rs 2000 as a transfer amount which does not make sense. Kindly provide assistance on it otherwise I need to take the matter in to the consumer court.
