ICICI Bank — Fraud Calls

Here is the complaint raised with Cyber crime department against ICICI -Credit card fraud calls: Please stop my transaction against this fraud team. ================================= Dear Sir/Madem, Sub : ICICI - Credit Fraud calls and lost Rs 6990. This is Raghavan, Murugeshpalaya Bangalore and long time customer of ICICI Bank and own credit card. Last week, On March 9th and 10th I was getting repeated calls from ladies claiming from ICICI Bank Credit card division and saying verification of card and needed more details which to claim my unused ICICI redeem points. Initially i was hesitated but later again called me telling my name and card details and require more clarifications to transfer my redeem points to rewards and gifts. This time, because of multiple calls and busy work, I provided the details of my card with CVV number which they did using 3D security details but unknowingly I provided my OTP details. This was my big mistake. It resulted a transaction made on my credit card with "Shopping Gyan" for Rs. 6990. During my busy work schedule i have not inquire with ICICI. Later Yesterday, when i called ICICI then they told me that its a fraud call and immediately i have requested to block my card. This amount is pending for claim but ICICI can not stop the payment as this has been 3D secure transaction. As the transaction had already been done and advised me to file a Police complaint with cyber crime department. Bank can take this action only once complaint raised against on this. I request you to take the immediate action against this fraud team.
