[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fraud Customer Service by ICICI BANK | |||
1.I have taken ICICI card before 5 months till now I have not received any month statement. 2. I am not receiving any information related to my monthly statements on my mobile or on my email which is registered. I have complained about this repeatedly every time customer care people noting down my email id but still they are not sending my statements. Recently I requested for monthly statements of last 3 months which I have not received, executive told me he sent and asked me to check my email. But I have not received any statement. 3. I have paid Rs6000/-(Approx.) extra for the late payment charges as I am not receiving my statements I am not clear about dates and exact statement amount due. Now I cleared all the dues(whatever they told me over phone), I am demanding the loss of Rs6000/-(Approx.)to be paid by ICICI Bank. The amount is approximately, it may be more or less as I don't have any information about the dues it can be calculated If I receive statements. 4. When I check my name on credit card it is misspelled as SOMWAHWARARAO. I have submitted my documents as per the documents name should be printed but how come this kind of mistakes are happening. 5. The way the customer care executives talk to customers is also very bad manner, they won't even tolerate to scold the customers when asking any information.
