[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fraudulent transaction done on my debit card using 3d secure password | |||
Dear Team, I would like to inform you that i hold salary account in ICICI bank, On 17th November, 2015, I received messages on my mobile number which is registered with bank of debit for around 19000/- debited from my account using 3d secure password which was been generated by somebody else which was not done by me. The card was with me at that time and nobody was using it. Then, I rushed to my branch to get information that how it is possible when i am not using my card and net banking option then how the amount is debited from my account. I already filled the disputed form in bank. I would like to request you to please take necessary action on the above matter and solve my issue. Also, i would like to request for refund my money as earlier as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
